造影剂优维显对早期急性胰腺炎病情的影响 被引量：1

摘要 增强CT是目前判断急性胰腺炎（AP）严重度最可靠的方法。但是，起病96h内进行增强CT是否会加重AP病情仍有争议。针对此问题，本研究对我院AP患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析，现报告如下。
