摘要
正弦信号波形失真的精确测量是电学计量中一个基本问题,尤其是小失真度的测量一直是失真度测量中的重点和难点。为提高正弦信号失真度的测量精度,引入希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)时频分析方法,采用一种基于HHT的基波拟合算法进行失真度测试,并通过大量实验仿真验证了该算法的正确性。运用该算法可以扩展失真度测量的频率范围,并实现小失真度的准确测量。
The accurate measurement of the Sine signal waveform distortion is a basic problem of electrical metrology,especially the measurement of small distortion degree is always the key and difficult point.In order to improve the measurement precision of the sine signal distortion degree,the introduction of Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT) the method of time-frequency analysis,adopting a base wave fitting method based on the HHT for the distortion measurement,and through a lot of experiments the simulation results verify the algorithm's validity.Using this algorithm can expand the frequency range of the distortion measurement,and realize the accurate measurement of the small distortion degree.
