摘要
在我国将要入世的关口，重新审视我国的银行业，感到入世将给我国的银行业 至少带来十大挑战。包括来自市场份额方面的挑战、经营效益方面的挑战、金融安全方面的挑 战、金融服务方面的挑战、规模方面的挑战、混业经营的挑战、体制方面的挑战、人员素质方面 的挑战、利率和资本流动管理方面的挑战，以及经营战略方面的挑战。总之，如何来应对挑战， 将是摆在我们面前的严峻课题。
At the juncture in China's would-be entry into WTO. looking closely at China's banking industry, we feel that entry into WTO will bring about at least ten challenges to China's banking industry. These challenges exist in such ten aspects as market share, business performance, financial security, financial service, scales, universal banking operations, institutions, personnel qualities, control of interest rates and capital flows and business strategies. In one word, how to cope with these challenges will be serious tasks confronting us.
