摘要
目的评价毛细管气相色谱测定室内空气中苯的分析误差。方法采用FFAP毛细管柱和FID检测器,以二硫化碳提取,对空白溶液、0.1c标准溶液、空气样品、加标空气样品中苯进行测定。结果 4种试样的批内批间变异分析(F<F0.05),4种试样的总标准差(St)均小于其各自浓度的5%(w),准确度的置信限R/d为0.95。结论证实了在该色谱条件下测定室内空气中苯是可行的。
Objective To evaluate analysis error of capillary gas chromatography method for determination of benzene in indoor air.Methods The four samples(blank,0.1c standard solution,air sample and air sample added)were extracted with carbon bisulfide.The benzene in samples was separated by FFAP capillary column with FID.Results The variation analysis of samples both intra-experimental and inter-experimental were FF0.05,total stand deviation of four samples was less than w,the confident limit of(R/d) of accuracy was 0.95.Conclusion The results show that this method is reliable for determination of benzene in indoor air.
