太阳电池红外诊断中亮暗现象的研究

摘要 在太阳电池质量检测过程中,红外诊断图像检测尤为重要。在红外诊断过程中,同一串的太阳电池的EL图常出现亮暗程度不一致现象,为了明确界限,确定何种EL图为企业所接受,将太阳电池的EL图像和IV测试参数结合起来,进行试验。研究表明,当太阳电池短路电流差值大于0.35 A,转换效率差值大于0.75%时,红外诊断图像的亮暗现象明显,这对于改进生产工艺,提高太阳电池质量具有指导意义。 It is particularly important to detect infrared diagnostic imaging (EL) in the process of solar cells quality inspection. Varying degrees of light and dark EL images often appeared in the progress of infrared diagnostic. In order to clear the boundaries and determine what kind of EL image can be accepted by the enterprise, we take the experiments of combining solar cells, EL images with IV test parameters. The research result shows that when the difference of short circuit current value of solar cells is greater than of 0.35A and the difference of conversion efficiency is greater than 0.75%, the infrared diagnostic image shows light and dark phenomenon clearly. This research is valuable for improving production technology and enhancing the quality of the solar cells.
