摘要
目的观察双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶治疗静脉炎的效果。方法选择发生Ⅱ度静脉炎的住院患者70例随机分为实验组和对照组各35例。实验组用双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶均匀涂在静脉炎发生处皮肤并扩大到周围3cm的范围；对照组用50％硫酸镁纱布湿敷于静脉炎发生处。比较2组患者患处皮肤红、肿、疼痛、静脉条索状改变完全消退的时间。结果实验组患者患处皮肤静脉炎24h内完全消除的有2例，72h以上0例，对照组分别为0，4例，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Z=2．267，P〈0．05）。结论双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶治疗化疗性静脉炎疗效好，方法简单、方便、安全，便于临床使用。
Objective To study the effect of external application of diclofenac diethylamine gel on the treatment for phlebitis. Methods Totals of 70 patients with II degree of phlebitis in hospital were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, per group 35 cases. Experiment group received external application of diclofenac diethylamine gel on the about three centimeter area around the phlebitis and the control group received wet compress by gauze of 50% magnesium sulfate. Then the time of redness, swelling, pain, venous cord-like changing of skin surface completely disappeared was observed and recorded. Results Phlebitis of two cases in experiment group was cured between 24 hours and that of control group was zero. There was no case in experiment group that cure time was more than 72 hours, while that of control group was four cases, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （ Z = 2. 267, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions It is an effective, simple, cheap and safety method to treat the phlebitis by applying diclofenac diethylamine gel, which convenient for clinical.
