摘要
提出了一种优良实用的准同心圆式潜艇外部耐压液舱结构型式,并给出了这种结构基于近似解析法和基于有限元应力分析的结构优化设计方法。典型实例表明,准同心圆式结构优化设计方案优于传统结构设计方案,基于有限元优化设计方案优于基于解析法的优化设计方案,液舱壳权单层加纵骨结构优化设计方案优于双层加纵骨结构优化设计方案。
A quasi-homocentric structure of submarine outboard pressure tank is presented and optimum design method for this type of structure on the basis of approximate analytical approach and finite element stress analysis are also given. The typical example shows that the quasi-homocentric structure is superior to the traditional one,the design scheme based on finite element method is superior to that based on approximate analytical method,and the structure scheme of single layer plate stiffened with longitudinal for the pressure tank is superior to that of the double layer plates with longitudinal.
