本文介绍了汽车制造中有关车身质量控制问题,包括:质量的基本概念、车身缺陷类别、影响车身质量因素、焊接质量检验和各种检测方法,包括工序质量统计控制法。
Car body quality control is introduced,including basic quality concept,classification of body defect , factor of influence on body quality, welding quality check and all kinds of measuring methods. 2mm industrial engineering and RPS system are introduced in this paper.
