摘要
目的:在目前静脉用药调配工作职责从护士过渡到药师的时期,为使护士充分认识到调配药物工作的重要性,以及探讨更好的静脉用药集中调配模式,从而更好地发挥护理专业优势,加强医、药、护、患合作,保证患者用药安全。结果:PIVAS护士与医、药人员相互配合,相互协作,深化了医院药品管理工作的改革,构建了医、药、护和谐的工作关系,保障了患者的用药安全。
Objective： To explore a better centralized allocation model of intravenous medication in the present transitional period, to be fully aware of the importance of nursing work, to develop professional advantage of nurses, to strengthen nurse -patient cooperation, and to ensure patients medication safety. Results： PIVAS nurses cooperate with doctors and pharmacist to deepen hospital working model reform, to construct a harmonious work relationship and to ensure the safety and rational of drug usage.
