This paper gives on account of the reasons for staring the study on multipurpose safety inspection car and describes the system block diagam,focusing on four sub system block diagrams including track condition,wheel/rail interaction,pantograph/catenery condition,and signals and communications,inspection items and their technical standard.It briefs on the computer system of the car and puts forward its major technical parameters.
