摘要
本文结合中共中央国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中的相关内容进行分析,指出高校辅导员应具备的素质主要有政治素质、道德素质、文化素质与业务素质四个方面,并分别对这些素质的具体体现作了阐述。
Gombining vnth the retevant content about The Instruction Opinion of Further Strengthening and Improving University Students＂ Ideological and Political Education which was issued by the CCCP and State Council, this thesis discusses and points out the qualities of college counselors, including political quality, morality quality, cultural and professional quality. In addition, the paper also expounds the concrete expression of four qualities.
