摘要
随着西部大开发战略的深入,"西三角"经济区的设想应运而生。人力资源作为社会生产的先决条件和战略资源,其水平决定着一个地区或国家的未来发展。文章从数量、质量、配置结构三方面对西安、成都、重庆人力资源水平进行了比较分析,在此基础上,提出了符合实际情况的建议和措施。
Along with western development thorough, the idea of "western triangle" economic zone arises at the historic moment. Human resource as the precondition of the social production and the strategic resources, its level determines whether a region or country's development. This paper compares the human resource level of Xi'an Chengdu Chongqing from quantity, quality, structure. Based on this, puts forward suggestions and measures with actual situation.
