摘要
本文介绍了某住宅小区1#楼(18+1)高层住宅,采用墙、柱下筏板基础并结合级配碎石土垫层处理地基的工程实践,既保证了结构的安全又取得较好的经济效益。并且突破了黔江地区采用换填法处理地基地面建筑最高层数仅为17层的传统做法。
This paper introduces the construction of a housing estate 1 # floor （18 ＋ 1） high rise building. It uses mat foundation for the wall, column, and treats the foundation combining with graded gravel soils, which not only insure the safety of structure, but also get better economic benefit, and break the record using soil replacement method to treat foundation of 17-floor building.
