摘要
临床护理实习是护士生步入实践工作的重要阶段,是护生实施角色转换的重要环节。本文从护生的心理、技能、医护沟通等方面进行探讨,并提出注重护理带教实习中的人文关怀,积极引导、因材施教,充分发挥护生的能动性,挖掘潜能,是护理带教的关键。
Clinical nursing practice is the important stage of nurses entering into the practice,and is the important links that nurses implement role transformation.This article discussed it from the psychology,technology of nurses,and communication with patients,and proposed to focus on humanistic care in the teaching practice,positive guidance,individualized,make students majored in nurses initiative into full play,mining potential.
