摘要
义务教育作为国民教育体系中的奠基性的关键组成部分,其发展程度和质量对一个国家的国民教育质量与经济发展和创新具有决定性的影响作用。西安市义务教育发展取得了一些成绩,但也存在许多亟待解决的问题,最后,给出了简要的解决方法。
Compulsory education is a key component of the foundation of the national education system,and its level of development and quality has a decisive effect on a country＇s national education quality,economic development and innovation.Xi＇an compulsory education has achieved some successes,but there are still many problems to be solved urgently.Finally,this paper gives the solution.
