摘要
工学结合是我国高职院校有效提高人才培养质量的重要途径。针对高职学生在工学结合过程中存在的问题,本文主要从学生角度分析高职导师制在工学结合实施全过程中的作用,认为推行导师制既确保工学结合的顺利开展和实施效果,有利于培养出具有较强就业竞争力的高技能人才。
The combination of working and learning is effective way to improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in China.For the students＇ problems in the process of combination of working and learning,this article analyzes the role of tutorial system in the process of combination of working and learning from the students perspective,and thinks that the tutorial system can ensure smooth implementation and effects of the combination of working and learning and cultivate talents with strong competitiveness and high skills.
