摘要
社会体育作为城市的细胞,作为精神文明建设和全民健身计划的载体对我国社会体制改革和体育发展有着极为重要的意义。而社会体育指导员作为社会体育的指导者更显现出了他的重要性。运用文献分析法、专家访谈法和哲学、社会学等学科原理,结合政府有关文件法规,对我国现今社会体育指导员制度体系、人员界定、职能范畴、管理等方面进行研究分析,从根本出发正视当前所存在的问题,提出相应的对策,正确引导它的健康发展,从而推动社会体育的深入开展。
As the cell of a city and the carrier of construction of spiritual civilization as well as national fitness program,social sports has a very important significance for China＇s social system reform and the sports development.And social sports instructor shows his importance.Using literature analysis,expert interview,philosophy,sociology,etc.,combined with relevant documents and regulations of government,aspects of our country＇s current social sports instructor,such as institutional system,personnel definition,functional areas and management,etc.,were studied,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,aiming at existing problems,so as to correctly guide them healthy development,and then promote the in-depth development of social sports.
