摘要
土建施工现场管理,指的是将施工现场的各要素统筹协调,高效利用,最终起到安全生产,高质完成的目的。建筑市场的竞争越来越激烈,土建施工企业应加强成本管理。笔者结合多年的工作经验,对土建施工现场管理提出了一些自己的看法和建议。
The civil construction site management refers to integrateing and coordinating the various elements of the construction site coordination,and making efficient use to get safety and high quality purpose.With the more fierce market competition of building,civil engineering construction enterprises should strengthen the cost management.With many years of experience of the author,some views and suggestions in construction site management are put forward.
