摘要
铁素体不锈钢因其良好的性能得到广泛的应用,410S不锈钢就为典型钢的一种。本文通过观察410S不锈钢的热塑性曲线和金相组织,对410S不锈钢热变形行为进行基础性研究,得出以下结论:①变形温度在300~1150℃范围内,随着温度的升高,试样的强度迅速下降;②冷却速度对拉伸组织产生显著影响,冷却速度较快时,马氏体析出量明显减少;③试样金相组织以铁素体为基体,基体上有块状或板条状马氏体分布。随着温度的升高马氏体的的形态由块状向板条状过渡,晶粒也变得越细小。
Ferritic stainless steel has a wide range of applications because of its good performance,410S stainless steel is the classic one.In this paper,by observing the thermoplastic curve and its microstructure and the research of thermal deformation behavior of 410S,we draw the following conclusions:①The strength of these samples decreases shapely as the temperature rises between 300 and 1150 ℃;②Cooling rate has a great effect on microstructure.The martensite volume decreases when the cooling rate is great;③The sample microstructure to ferrite matrix,the matrix or have a massive distribution of lath martensite.With the temperature rising,Martensite transition from board to massive strip,and the grain becomes small,too.
