摘要
目的对试行临床路径管理的六个病种手术进行效果评价。方法采用历史对照组研究方法,对六个病种手术实行临床路径前后,患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用变化情况进行综合分析。结果两种不同管理方式,其平均住院日和平均住院费用均有不同程度下降,用成组资料均数比较,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论实施临床路径管理能缩短患者平均住院日、降低平均住院费用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the six diseases operations of clinical pathway management.Methods Analyzing changes about average day in hospital and average hospital expenses by historical control group research methods.Results Average day in hospital and average hospital expenses were decreased with different supervisor modes.P0.05,and it was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical pathway management can shorten average day in hospital,reducing average hospital expenses.
