摘要
目的了解石家庄市免疫规划工作人员现状,为优化我市预防接种单位人员结构提供参考依据。方法组织全市各级疾病预防控制中心填报相关报表,进行统计分析。结果石家庄市从事免疫规划工作2 376人,其中疾控机构141人,免疫规划人员职称构成以初级为主(82.87%),城市接种单位高、中级人员比例高于农村接种单位,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。山区县免疫规划人员配比偏低。结论石家庄市基层接种点人员业务素质有待提高,山区县需适当增加免疫规划服务人员。
Objective In order to understand the current situation of immunization programs staffs in Shijiazhuang,and provide reference basis for optimization vaccination staffs structure. Method Organizing the staffs of CDC of different levels in Shijiazhuang to fill up the correlation report forms, and the data was carried out statistical analysis. Results There were 2 376 staffs in Shijiazhuang,among them,141 worked in CDC. Most of the immunization programs staffs were primary professional title（ 82.87% ）, the personnel proportion of middle and senior level professional title in city vaccination units was higher than in rural vaccination units and it had significant differences （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Basis on the investigation, we need to improve the professional quality of basic level units, we also need to raise the number of immunization programs staffs.
