摘要
采用反相液相色谱法，以甲醇＋ 水＝ ４５＋ ５５（Ｖ／Ｖ） 作为流动相，用２３６ｎｍ 紫外检测器测单嘧磺隆的含量。本方法标准偏差为０ ．０４３，变异系数为０ ．７２ ％ ，平均回收率９９ ．１３ ％ 。本方法线性关系良好，回归系数为０ ．７３２８，方程为Ｙ＝ ０．７３２８Ｘ＋０ ．１１８４。
The quantitative analysis of monosulfuron by HPLC with C 18 column at UV 236nm was introduced.The results showed that standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery was 0.043,0.72% and 99.13%,respectively.The method caliabration curve formula of Y=0.7328X+0.1184 and relative coefficient of 0.7328.
