摘要
以从二羧酸中分离出的戊二酸和异辛醇为原料 ,在钨磷杂多酸催化作用下酯化合成了戊二酸二异辛酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响 ,确定了合成戊二酸二异辛酯的工艺条件 :醇酸摩尔比 2 .5 :1、反应温度 1 40℃、反应时间 2h、催化剂用量为体系总质量的 0 .2 % ,在此条件下 ,酯化率可达 98%以上。
The diisooctyl glutarate in catalysis of phospho-tungstic acid was preparated by esterification of isooctyl alcohol and glutaric acid separated from dicarboxylic acid.The effects of alcohol-acid ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time,and the amount of catalyst etc.were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions are that the molar ratio of alcohol-acid is 2.5:1,reaction temperature 140℃,reaction time 2 hours,and the amount of catalysts is 0.2% of total system mass under these conditions the yield of diisooctyl glutarate is greater than 98%.
