摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜等仪器分析了中间相沥青初生纤维、不熔化纤维及碳化纤维的表面形态结构以及裂纹对碳化纤维力学性能的影响,探讨了中间相沥青经纺丝、不熔化处理及碳化处理过程产生裂纹缺陷的因素。
The surface morphology of the mesophase pitch primary fiber. the non-melting fiber and carbonized fiber, and the effects of crackle on the mechanical property of carbonized fiber were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and other instruments. The factors which influence how the crackle is caused in mesophase pitch by the process of spinning, non-melting and carbonizing were discussed.
