摘要
研究了硫化剂ＤＬ２６８ 对ＮＲ／ＳＢＲ胶料各项性能的影响。试验结果表明，在ＮＲ／ＳＢＲ 胶料中加入２份硫化剂ＤＬ２６８ ，可改进抗硫化返原性，提高硫化胶在热氧老化或过硫化状态下的物理性能及胶帘线之间的粘合力，降低硫化胶的疲劳温升。所得结果与所选择的试验配方构成有关。
The effect of the curing agent DL 268 on the properties of NR/SBR compound was investigated.The results showed that the reversion resistance,the physical properties of thermal oxidative aged vulcanizate or overcured vulcanizate,and the adhesion strength between rubber and cord were improved by adding 2 phr of DL 268 to NR/SBR compound;and the fatigue heat build up of vulcanizate decreased.The results were related to the composition of selected formula.
