摘要
传统的钢带传动主要用在固定中心距之间,通过对钢带传动特点的分析,提出了采用单边钢带进行两平行轴轮变中心距往复精密传动的设想,进而实现了该传动的设计方法,且对钢带传动的几何尺寸、受力分析情况及相关技术进行了分析和计算。
The traditional belt transmission is mainly used in the fixed center distance.With the analysis of the characteristics of traditional steel belt drive,the study puts a vision that uses unilateral steel belt to let reciprocating precision transmission between two parallel axis wheel with variable center distance,then realizes the transmission design method,and analyzes and calculates the tape drive geometry,stress analysis and related techniques.
