摘要
将国产８０ 目常温粉碎硫化胶粉用于子午线轮胎胎面胶中进行了变量试验。结果表明，加入１０ 份８０ 目硫化胶粉后，硫化胶综合物理性能与未加硫化胶粉的空白胶料很接近；胶料混炼与挤出性能得到改善；胎面含胶率及原材料成本降低，按每年生产３０ 万套子午线轮胎计算，一年可节约３６ 万元人民币。在成品胎高速性能试验中，轮胎行驶至第６ 级（１８０ ｋｍ·ｈ－ １）１ ｍｉｎ 时结束，耐久性能试验轮胎累计行驶时间为７７－９ ｈ，均超过国家标准要求。
The application of 80 mesh RT ground crumb at variable loading to the radial tire tread was investigated.The results showed that the comprehensive physical properties of the vulcanizate with 10 phr of 80 mesh crumb were very similar to those of control vulcanizate;the mixing behaviour and extrudability improved;360 000 RMB yuan·a -1 could be saved in a plant with 300 000 u·a -1 capacity because of the lower polymer content and material cost.The test tire exceeded the requirements of the relative national standard in terms of speed performance and endurance.
