摘要
结合聚氯乙烯树脂生产装置的具体特点 ,依据聚氯乙烯树脂的干燥动力学数据 ,数值模拟了聚氯乙烯高效组合式旋流干燥装置 ,经与 2 .5万t/a生产装置对比后发现 :数值模拟结果与工厂实测数值基本吻合 ,说明所建立的数学模型可以较好地模拟聚氯乙烯高效组合式旋流干燥装置 ,同时 ,以此为基础 ,设计开发了 5万t/a生产装置。
According to the pro duction facility characters and the drying dynamics of polyvinyl chloride resin, numerical simulation is made for the high-efficient combination cyclone drying facility. Compared with the 25 kt/a production facility ,it is found that the results of the numerical simulation are almost the same as the actual measurement values, which shows that this mathematical model can better simulate the high-efficient combination cyclone drying facility for polyvinyl chloried resin. Based on the results, 50 kt/a production facility are desighed.
