摘要
用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了扩链法制备的高粘度尼龙66的热行为。结果表明,粘度的大小对尼龙66的熔化行为和结晶行为有明显的影响,高粘度尼龙的熔化行为中出现熔融双峰现象,并且结晶峰温降低,峰形变窄,表明熔化速度增大,晶粒大小分布变窄,结晶度降低;不同升温和降温速率对高粘度尼龙66的热行为有很大影响,升温速率增大,熔融双峰消失,降温速率增大,结晶速度减小,晶粒分布变宽。
Thermal behaviors of high viscosity Nylon 66, prepared by chain extending , have been studied by DSC. The results show that the relative viscosity has great influence on the thennal behaviors of Nylon 66. Double melting peaks are found in the heating curve of high viscosity Nylon 66 . The peak temperature in the cooling curve increases and the peak width decreases. The heating and cooling velocity have obvious influence on the then al behavior of high viscosity Nylon 66. The double melt peaks disappear and the crystal peak temperature decreases with the increasing of heating velocity, but the peak width increases with the increasing of cooling speed.
