摘要
目的了解护理专业学生（护生）临床实习前后对精神疾病的态度变化。方法采用方便抽样的方法，使用精神疾病态度调查问卷，对198名护生在临床实习前后进行调查。结果198名护生实习后对精神疾病态度有所改变，其中对精神疾病的病因得分（68．46±6．76）分、精神疾病患者的暴力攻击行为（60．86±8．10）分，均低于实习前（70．15±6．13），（63．38±8．02）分，差异均有统计学意义（Z分别为-2．594，～3．184；P〈0．05）。结论精神科临床实习，有助于改变护生对精神疾病病因和精神疾病患者的暴力攻击行为的认识。
Objective To explore the attitude change of nursing students on mental sickness before and after clinical practice. Methods Convenient sampling and questionnaire about mental sickness were used in this study, and 198 nurse students were selected and surveyed before and after clinical practice. Results Attitude of nursing students on mental sickness has altered after clinical practice. Etiology score of mental sickness was （ 68.46±6.76 ） and attack score was （60. 86 ± 8.10）, and both of the two scores were lower than those before clinical practice which was （70.15 ± 6. 13 ）, （63.38 ± 8.02）, the different was statistically significant （ Z = - 2. 594, -3. 184,respectively ;P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions Clinical practice in psychiatric department was helpful to change the cognition of etiology of mental sickness and attack behavior of patients.
