摘要
以乙酸、环己醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为酯化催化剂合成乙酸环己酯。结果表明:在环己醇与乙酸物质的量比为(1.4~1.6)∶10,反应时间2h及适量催化剂、带水剂存在的条件下,酯化率可以达到97.3%,产品纯度不小于98%;用对甲苯磺酸作酯化催化剂,其性能优于硫酸。
Cyclohexyl acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and cyclohexanol as raw materials and p-toluene sulfonic acid as esterification catalyst.The results showed that the esterification efficiency was 97.3% and the purity of productwas more than 98% when the mole ratio of cyclohexanol and acetic acid was 1.4 or 1.6,reaction time was 2 h in the presence of proper amount of catalyst.The p-toluene sulfonic acid was superior to sulfuric acid when it was used as esterification catalyst.
