摘要 本文介绍了丁二烯球罐群安全隐患的清除方案及工程实施。采取有弧度的圆形镶块,以对接接头的形式堵补部分管孔,将其移位到管道上的合适位置。既使球罐底部的管孔数量达到最少,又保证原工艺流程的操作,从而减少隐患且便于维修。 The authors make an introduction to the plan of improving the safety of the butadiene spherical tank group and its engineering practice. The round plates with arc shaped butt-welded joints were used for stopping sone tube holes which were moved away to another proper positions in the pipes. Even though the amount of the tube holes in the bottom of the spherical tanks was reduced to the least, the original operation process of the devices must not be changed. The safety of the devices are improved, and it is also convenient to repair.
