淀粉-PLA复合材料拉伸性能的数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical Modeling of Tensile Properties of Starch-PLA Composite

摘要 针对淀粉-PLA复合材料的微观结构,建立了球形粒子填充的简单立方体模型的八分之一胞体模型,并使用有限元方法有效地模拟了低质量分数时淀粉-PLA复合材料的拉伸强度。结果表明:在低质量分数时,模拟值与实验值的误差相差较小。此外,还对不同质量分数的淀粉-PLA复合材料弹性模量进行了有限元预测,并探究了塑化淀粉的强度和界面性质对复合材料拉伸性能的影响。 The study was effectively modeled on tensile strength of low mass fraction stareh/PLA composite, used one eighth the model of a particle-filled a simple cube by finite element method. The result was so chose to the experimental data when the starch content of composites were in low mass fraction. The young modulus of the finite element prediction of starch- PLA composite was researched,and did some research on effects of the strength of starch and interracial properties to tensile property of the composite.
