偶联剂对HDPE基竹塑复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:9

The Effect of the Coupling Agent on Bamboo/Wood-Plastic Composite Properties

摘要 采用硅烷、钛酸酯和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯制备竹塑复合材料,研究偶联剂的种类和含量对竹塑复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:采用硅烷和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯两种偶联剂制备的复合材料,具有较高的拉伸强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度。马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯的加入量达到竹粉质量含量的9%左右时,材料的冲击强度最高。 In order to research the coupling agent varieties and contents influence on the bamboo/plastic composite, the bamboo/plastic composite was made of silane, titanate and MAPE. Results showed that the bamboo/plastic composite which made of silane,titanate and MAPE had higher tensile strength, impact strength and flexural strength. The impact strength of materials would be the highest when MAPE accounts for about 9 % content of the bamboo powder.
