摘要
详细探讨了大尺寸多孔玻璃光学基片的制备工艺及其条件,分析了母体玻璃分相及其酸浸析过程中的影响因素,提出了采用1%~2%的电解质处理多孔玻璃有利于新生态孔道的修饰和片体强度的提高的新见解。
In this work, the fabrication of the porous glass optic flake with large sige as well as its preparation processes were studied in detail. The factors influencing on the phase-separation process and the leaching were analyzed. Furthermore, the porous glass handled by 1%-2% electrolyte was beneficial to the modification of nascent holes and the increase of the flake strength.
