摘要
聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)凝胶作为防火隔热玻璃的粘结剂,在聚合过程中分别加入(NH4)2SO4,AlK(SO4)212H2O和CaCl2,以改变聚合物的结构和热性能。通过对聚合物凝胶的DTA和TG分析,以及夹层玻璃的隔热效应测试,AlK(SO4)2.12H2O显示出较好的隔热作用,对应的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶有交联结构。聚丙烯酰胺交联程度的提高,可以影响受火面和和背火面玻璃的破裂温度。
Structure and thermal property of PAM which gel is used as an adhesive material of fireproof glass can be improved by adding inorganic compounds such as (NH 4) 2SO 4, AlK(SO 4) 212H 2O and CaCl 2 in the polymerizing process.DTA,TG and the thermal-resistant analyses of interlayer glass show that PAM with AlK(SO 4) 212H 2O addition keeps a better fireproof effect,its relative polymer gel has an interconnecting structure. The interconnection of the polymer gle affects broken temperature at both panels of the interlayer glass.
