摘要
研究了铬酸钙碳化制备重铬酸钙过程中二氧化碳的吸收和铬酸钙溶解对反应过程速率的影响及在不同温度和不同二氧化碳压力下的反应平衡,结果表明:反应速率受二氧化碳的吸收和铬酸钙溶解过程的控制,在铬酸钙固体过量、50 ℃、二氧化碳压力1.3 MPa 条件时,反应速率较快,同时又能获得较高浓度的重铬酸钙溶液。
CaCr 2O 7 can be prepared by carbonation of CaCrO 4.The effects of absorption of CO 2 and dissolution of CaCrO 4 upon reaction time,and the reaction equilibrium of defferent temperature and under different CO 2 pressure are studied.The results show that the reaction rate is controlled by the absorption of CO 2 and the dissolution of CaCrO 4.Under the following conditions:50 ℃,CO 2 pressure of 1.3 MPa and overamount of CaCrO 4,the reaction rate is more quickly and meantime,the high concentration of CaCr 2O 7 solution can be obtained.
