摘要
用天然硅灰石为原料,沉淀法生产水合硅酸。控制溶样时反应终点溶液的pH为2～3,陈化过夜,洗涤液用盐酸调节pH为4～5,再加入适量辅助溶剂,除杂效果好,产品质量令人满意。
Hydrated silicic acid from natural grammite were produced by precipitation method. During dissolving the sample, the solution's pH must be set at 2 or 3 at the end of the reaction, then placed without moving for 24 hours and filtered, the detergents pH was adjusted to 4 or 5 by adding hydrochloric acid, then appropriated supplementary solvent. The product is efficient by removing impurities and its quality is satisfactory.
