摘要
基于低碳经济发展背景,探讨了电网技术发展对碳减排的影响,建立了电网技术发展低碳效益评估模型和方法,实现对电网公司的低碳效益量化分析和比较。在此基础上,对南方电网有限责任公司"十二五"相关电网技术发展产生的低碳效益进行计算分析,结果表明:充分接入和使用非化石能源,大力发展高效的输、配电技术,降低电网输电损耗将对电网低碳效益的实现发挥重要作用,也有利于从整体上实现电力行业的低碳化发展。
On the basis of development of lowcarbon economy, the paper discusses influence of power grid technology on carbon omission reduction and builds lowcarbon benefit assessment model and method for grid technology development for the sake of quantitive analysis and comparison of lowcarbon benefit of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, on the basis of which the paper calculates and analyzes lowcarbon benefit generated from development of grid technology concerning " the Twelfth FiveYear Plan" of CSG. The result shows that sufficient access, quitting using fossil energy, development of high efficient transmission and distribution technology and decreasing loss during power transmission not only play vitally impor tant role in implementing lowcarbon benefit of power grid but also entirely realize lowcarbon development of power indus try.
