摘要
目的观察体位摆放对脑出血昏迷患者呼吸道感染发生率的影响。方法将脑出血昏迷患者200例随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组常规翻身侧卧45°或90°,观察组翻身侧俯100°。结果观察组呼吸道感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血昏迷患者通过正确的体位摆放可以有效预防肺部感染的发生。
Objective To evaluate the effect of position in the treatment of coma patients with pulmonary infection. Methods 200 coma inpatients were divided into two groups randomly. In the treatment group, patients were placed in lateral position 100° to horizontal line, while patients in the control group were placed in lateral position 45°to 90°to horizontal line. Results The pulmonary infection rate of patients in the treatment group was much lower than that of patients in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Appropriate position of coma patients is effective in preventing pulmonary infection.
