摘要
目的总结主动脉夹层的护理要点。方法对53例主动脉夹层患者进行全面的临床护理,积极控制血压和心率。结果 39例患者经内科保守治疗后好转出院,部分患者转外科手术或置入主动脉支架;14例患者病情再次发作或恶化后死亡。结论积极控制好血压和心率、合理镇痛、预防并发症发生,可明显提高主动脉夹层的治疗效果和患者存活率。
Objective To summarize the nursing strategies of aortic dissection. Methods Fiftythree aortic dissection patients were comprehensively nursed. Blood pressure and heart rate were positively controlled. Results Thirty - nine cases who improved after conservative therapy were discharged from hospital. Some patients accepted aorta displacement surgery or stent insert. Fourteen patients suffered from recidivation or death. Conclusion Positive control of blood pressure and heart rate, reasonable analgesia and prevention of complications can markedly improve the therapeutic effect of aortic dissection and increase survival rate.
