摘要
目的探讨中晚期宫颈癌患者采用小剂量PF方案同步放化疗的不良反应及预防和减轻其毒副作用的护理方式。方法对52例中晚期宫颈癌采用小剂量PF方案同步放化疗患者,给予心理护理和健康教育,治疗过程中每日窥阴器扩张阴道冲洗处理1～2次,严密观察观察不良反应,及时做出处理和采取相应的护理措施。结果 52例患者顺利完成治疗,未发生严重并发症。结论小剂量PF方案同步放化疗是治疗中晚期宫颈癌的有效手段,配合切实可行的护理措施,即可保证放化疗的顺利完成。
Objective To observe the effect of radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy by low dose 5 - Fu plus Cisplatin in advanced uterine cervical cancer and discuss nursing mode to prevent and reduce toxicity. Methods Psychological care and health education were given to 52 patients. Their vaginas were washed once or twice a day with the aid of bivalve speculum. Adverse reactions were closely observed and promptly settled with corresponding nursing measures. Results All cases finished chemoradiotherapy without any serious complications. Conclusions Chemoradiotherapy by low dose 5 - Fu plus Cisplatin is an effective means of treating advanced uterine cervical cancer. Viable nursing measures can ensure the smooth completion of chemoradiotherapy.
