摘要
目的总结80例乳腺癌改良根治术后Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者的化疗护理。方法包括化疗前指导,化疗时注意事项,化疗后不良反应的观察与护理,以及出院患者康复指导。结果 80例患者全部完成了化疗方案。结论全面细致的护理,有效地减轻了患者的心理负担及化疗中的痛苦,增强了患者治愈疾病的信心,进而顺利地完成全程化疗。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of breast cancer patients withⅢ-Ⅳ period post modified radical surgery. Methods Guidance before chemotherapy, precautions in the process of chemotherapy, observation and nursing of adverse reactions after chemotherapy, and rehabilitation guidance were provided. Results All 80 cases finished chemotherapy regimens. Conclusion Comprehensive and dedicated nursing can effectively reduce patient＇s mental burden and the pain of chemotherapy, boost the confidence of the patient to cure disease, and help them complete the ehernorherapy.
