摘要
采用新型液体分布器—规整填料—散堆填料的综合技术对丙碳脱碳塔及再生塔进行了改造。改造后 ,净化气中CO2 由 0 .9%～ 1 .2 %降至 0 .4%～ 0 .5 % ,取消了中压氨洗 ,获得明显的经济效益。
After revamp of the reactor for CO 2 removal by propylene carbonate and the regenerator, the CO 2 in the purified gas can drop from 0.9%～1.2% to 0.4%～0.5%, the ammonia wash under medium pressure is eliminated, and remarkable economic benefit is obtained.
