摘要
介绍了一种大型机器转轴修复的有效方法———双重过盈法。采用双重过盈法修复大轴是一种崭新的尝试 ,对 1Г 2 66/ 3 2 0压缩机主轴本身来说 ,这种方法相对其他方法具有对中性好 ,又无需拆卸被修复零件的优越性。最关键的问题在于理论上的计算 ,笔者对此做了较详尽的阐述。结构设计和具体操作过程中的质量控制也非常重要。为了取得方案的成功 ,必须把随时可能出现的缺陷最小化。
In this article,a valuable advice of renovating rotatory shaft of giant machine was introduced.It was a new attempt to adopt the means of double shrinkage fit to renovate the main shaft destroyed.As far as the shaft of 1Γ 266/320 compressor,it has an obvious advantage over other means because of its good center align without unloading the part itself.The most important thing lied in theoretical strength calculation which was elaborated in this essay.It was also very crucial to pay more attention to the structure design and quality control in practical operating process.In order to get success,the defects available must be minimized at any time.
