摘要
以组合聚醚、多异氰酸酯(PAPI)和8-羟基喹啉等为原料,制备了一种含喹啉基团的功能聚氨酯泡沫,研究了该泡沫对铜(Ⅱ)的吸附性能,并用于含铜废水的处理。结果表明,在置于50 mL含铜(Ⅱ)200μg/mL、pH=6条件下,当8-羟基喹啉用量为2.0份,该泡沫对铜(Ⅱ)的饱和吸附容量为19.18 mg/g;吸附平衡时间为2 h,对废水中铜(Ⅱ)的去除率可达91.48%。
A new functional polyurethane foam with quinoline group was prepared by the reaction of combination polyether and polyisocyanate with 8-hydroxyquinoline. The adsorption performance of this foam to copper( Ⅱ) was studied, and it was applied to treat wastewater containing copper( Ⅱ) ion. The results showed that the saturated adsorption capacity of this foam for copper( Ⅱ ) was 19. 18 mg/g at ambient temperature ( 25 ℃ ) and pH = 6. 0, with 50 mL copper ( Ⅱ ) content was 200 μg/mL. The adsorption rate of copper (Ⅱ ) in wastewater could reach 91.48% when the absorption time was 2 h.
