两参数威布尔分布极大似然估计软件 被引量:1

摘要 本文将威布尔(Weibull)分布参数(m、n)的最大似然估计(MLE)的两个超越方程的解,用BASIC语言编制成计算机程序,它给工程技术人员提供了一种精度较高,通用性较强、计算方便的计算机软件。
