In terms of Transitivity Processes and Attitude Resources, this article adopts an Ecoritical Discourse Analytical Approach to categorize, quantify and analyze the linguistic fea tures of 20 English eco-hotel profiles, with an aim to demonstrate the connection and interaction among language, environment and society. The study reveals: firstly, eco-hotel profiles frequently use material and relational processes and appreciative resource in order to convey the efforts made by the eco-hotels in protecting environment and setting up a natural living atmosphere, to publicize the unique natural surroundings and highly appraise the environment-friendly quality of eco-hotels; secondly, the use of different linguistic resources in the profiles reflects that human beings' self-fulfillment does not only rely on the exertion of personal potentials, but also on the flourishment of nature, the enrichment of culture and the harmony of society; and thirdly, the ecological ideas encoded in the profiles reveal not only the current prevalence of ecological ideology but also the eco-hotels' purpose of gaining both fame and wealth by urging people to return to nature and simplicity and cultivate their temperament.
