影响IUI妊娠率的相关因素分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨影响宫腔内人工授精(IUI)助孕成功率的因素。方法:回顾性分析418个IUI周期资料,探讨不孕类型、既往监测排卵和指导同房史、输卵管及其环境因素、授精操作时机、子宫内膜厚度、促排卵方案及精液质量对IUI结局的影响。结果:IUI总的周期临床妊娠率为16.5%。有监测排卵、指导同房史的不孕妇女的IUI治疗成功率明显下降,输卵管及其环境异常妇女的IUI成功率显著低于正常妇女,排卵后授精周期的妊娠率高于排卵前授精周期(P<0.05);不同子宫内膜厚度、促排卵方案及精液质量组的IUI成功率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:影响IUI临床妊娠率的主要因素是:既往监测排卵、指导同房史、输卵管及其环境因素及授精操作时机。
