摘要
目的:探讨血液中锌元素含量与6~9个月婴儿发育商的相关性。方法:选取门诊208例6~9个月婴儿(其中男婴126例,女婴82例)使用上海复旦大学附属儿科医院监制的《0~6岁儿童智能发育筛查量表》测定发育商(DQ);在测定结束后采集其指尖末梢血,使用火焰原子吸收法测定血液中锌元素含量。结果:共调查婴儿208例,血中锌元素分布为增高0例,正常134例,缺乏74例;发育商为优秀0例,聪明9例,正常137例,偏低58例,低下4例;不同性别之间婴儿的血液中锌元素含量没有显著性差异(χ2=0.12,P>0.05);不同性别之间婴儿的智商没有显著性差异(χ2=0.31,P>0.05);婴儿血中锌元素与发育商的相关性分析显示,r锌=0.410,P<0.01。结论:血中锌元素含量与发育商呈正相关。
Objective:To explore the correlation between blood zinc content and developmental quotient of 6-9-month infants.Methods:A total of 208 infants aged 6-9 months(including 126 boys and 82 girls) were selected from outpatient department,then 0-6-year children intelligent development screening scale was used to measure the developmental quotients of the infants;then the peripheral blood samples were obtained from fingers of the infants,atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect the content of zinc in blood.Results:Two hundred and eight infants were investigated,no infant was found with high zinc content,134 infants were found with normal zinc content,and 74 infants were found with zinc deficiency;after developmental quotient measurement,no infant was found with outstanding developmental quotient,9 infants were found with high developmental quotient,137 infants were found with normal developmental quotient,58 infants were found with comparatively low developmental quotient,and 4 infants were found with low developmental quotient;there was no significant difference in the blood zinc content between boys and girls(χ2=0.12,P0.05);there was no significant difference in the developmental quotient between boys and girls(χ2=0.31,P0.05).There was a positive correlation between blood zinc content and developmental quotient(r=0.410,P0.01).Conclusion:The is a positive correlation between blood zinc content and developmental quotient.
